US Strategic Command implicitly noticed that nuclear war is increasingly possible

Well, duh
Two days ago, US Strategic Command tweeted that:
We must account for the possibility of conflict leading to conditions which could very rapidly drive an adversary to consider nuclear use as their least bad option.
Meanwhile
The Biden Administration continues to foment war with Iran, Russia and China.

The moral? — Evidently, one arm of the Executive Branch is not talking to the other
Not that anyone among our Military Industrial Complex-controlled government would listen.
That's because — unlike Russia, China and Iran — the United States has no idea what existential war is like.
We may find out.
