Specializing in producing world-sliming torrents of hypocrisy

I imagine that Chinese — not to mention Russian and Indian — leadership noticed the following news

Apparently unembarrassed — and enthusiastically expressing Cosmic Levels of Gall:

The U.S. Senate on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution condemning Russian President Vladimir Putin as a war criminal, a rare show of unity in the deeply divided Congress.

The resolution, introduced by Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and backed by senators of both parties, encouraged the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague and other nations to target the Russian military in any investigation of war crimes committed during Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"All of us in this chamber joined together, with Democrats and Republicans, to say that Vladimir Putin cannot escape accountability for the atrocities committed against the Ukrainian people," Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said in a speech on the Senate floor ahead of the vote.

This is the Senate belonging to . . .

. . . the most gargantuanly war criminal nation on the planet.

Has this Senate ever uttered a peep against the US-sponsored killing of millions of people for no strategic or legally defensible reasons?

Vietnam, Central and South America, former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Syria, Yemen and nations in Africa.

Has the late 20th and early 21st century Senate ever stood united for the Constitutional principle that Congress — not the president — is supposed to start and approve the continuation of these wars?

No. Not once.

But now these Pampered Malefactors are — unanimously and like braindead sheep — condemning war criminal Putin for engaging in the conflict that the United States — as a matter of US policy — determinedly provoked the Russian Federation into undertaking.

American policy is (and has been) to 'proxy-war' — a verb — millions of people abroad to homelessness and death, as it can.

Just for generated chaos's profitable sake.

In Ukraine, we are certainly willing to vicariously fight to the last Ukrainian and then some.

Admirable, that.

The moral? — Do We the People really want to be remembered in this contempt-inviting way?

Aesthetically speaking, if one is going to be a Bad Guy — be one with the spine necessary to doing the Viciousness Thing openly and honestly.

Like Vlad the Impaler.

In contrast, US leaders (in Washington DC) are the most cowardly — self-righteously manipulating, avaricious, death-inducing, constantly self-aggrandizing, parasitic — Other-blaming incompetents on Earth.

And that just begins an accurate description.

Drowning these people in contemptuous vomit would the first thing on our (imaginarily returned) Founding Fathers' list of things to do.

For the sake of the Republic. And every genuine American patriot.
