Some people reveal their douchebag-ness — in subtle ways — Senator Bernie Sanders, for instance

Following Bernie Sanders' politeness advice — isn't going to get us anywhere

Recall, first, that Bernie is the pretend "socialist" who threw all his troops to Queen Hillary the Happy Imperialist Butcher in 2016.

How that betrayal of youthful idealism stood for progressivism, democratic socialism — or anything else even remotely humane — beats me.

Then recently (and to today's point), Bernie took a swing at Representative Maxine Waters in the same "leave things as they are" vein:

NBC’s Kristen Welker brought up Democratic Sen. Maxine Waters’ assertion that Trump officials should be harassed in public, giving Sanders the opportunity to swat it down.

“I’m not a great fan of shouting down people or being rude to people,” Sanders said.

“I think people have a right to go into a restaurant and have dinner.”

Paul Street's reaction to Sander's pusillanimity mirrored mine

Street pointed out that President Trump's uber-privileged, fascist minions hardly equate (in soulful worth) with caged wannabe immigrants and their wrenched-away children.

It is depressing and revealing that [Sanders] folded . . . proto-fascistic white nationalist Trump administration operatives into the broad and overall category of “people” . . . .

If Bernie doesn’t understand that these particular “people” stand out from the common lot of humanity as agents of racist evil, then it’s kind of hard to take his call for “civility” very seriously.

In truth

Senator Sanders' call for civility — directed at oppressed people, as they try to throw off their shackles — is characteristic of the slave-making class.

In that regard, Mr. Street sardonically noted that:

I’m not a big fan of venting at terrible public officials in public venues myself.

Anything less than arresting them and dragging [them] off to revolutionary peoples’ tribunals looks weak and boring to me.

Liberty does not come from playing nicey-nicey with serf-makers.

The moral? — The key to achieving justice is . . .

. . .making life unpleasant for the world's too many looters.

A politician who does not recognize this, is either an idiot (douchebag) or one of the pillagers.

Add:

(a) Bernie Sanders' Hillary-support

to

(b) his rejection of Maxine Waters' resistance call,

and

(c) you can easily conclude where he actually stands.

With the leeches, who benefit from a "civil" and intentionally parasitic system.
