Reading some publications — is like immersing oneself in pools of distilled stupidity

Which printed the following from Mariama Sojourner Eversley — probably solely on the basis of her liltingly pleasant name:
White supremacist violence accounts for the majority of terrorist attacks committed in the United States, the frequency and lethality of which is only escalating.
Most recently, six women of Asian descent were killed in the recent Atlanta spa shootings.
While former President Donald Trump’s racist rhetoric is in part to blame for the rise in white supremacist attacks, the other side of the coin is Trump’s Federal Bureau of Investigation director Chris Wray, whom President Joe Biden has said he does not plan to fire or replace.
Wray oversaw this surge in far-right terror, and did little to mitigate the growing movement of organized white nationalist violence.
As a result, those who find themselves in the crosshairs of white supremacist conspiracy theories are more vulnerable to racist attacks—and in the case of the Atlanta spa shootings, face targeted killings.
The capitol insurrection of January 6 and now the mass murder of six Asian women in Atlanta underscores the gruesome reality of far-right terror we find ourselves in today.
A failure to act sends a quite grim message, especially for a president who proclaims racial justice and inclusion as major goals.

So . . .
The bulk of Eversley's proof — regarding her claim that white supremacists are violently dismantling America — amounts to, here listed in elements:
(i) the Atlanta spa mass shooting
which was apparently committed by a religious nutcase
who happens to be 'white'
and
who has no revealed ties to any white supremacist movement at all —
plus
(ii) the Capitol Riot
which, as President Putin observed,
amounted to a "stroll" around the building
to which the Biden Administration
(exactly contrary to Eversley's core political point)
has grossly overreacted.
The slop in Eversley's lazy analysis goes still deeper
FBI director, Christopher Wray told Congress the opposite of what Eversley accuses him of.
Referring to the Capitol Riot of 06 January 2021, Wray said:
That attack, that siege, was criminal behavior, plain and simple. And it's behavior that we, the FBI, view as domestic terrorism.
The problem of domestic terrorism has been metastasizing across the country for a long time now. And it's not going away any time soon.
In fact, we've viewed it as such a critical threat that back in June of 2019, under my leadership, we elevated racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism to our highest threat priority. On the same level with ISIS and home-grown violent extremists.

Everything that the FBI has done since then, to corral and criminally charge the Capitol trespassers, has lived up to Wray's claimed intent.
