Neocons are laughably obtuse, when they're not killing or torturing you — for example, Dick Cheney calling Donald Trump a public menace

First, let's agree that all of these plutocrat-puppets . . .
. . . are working for the Devil's Oligarchy.
So, in the long run, it does not matter a whit, which one of their Uni-Party gang is in power.
Nevertheless
The Devil Minions' twisted propaganda machinations are often funny.
Consider former vice president Dick Cheney saying that:
In our nation’s 248-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump. He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him. He can never be trusted with power again.
As citizens, we each have a duty to put country above partisanship to defend our Constitution. That is why I will be casting my vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.
Perspective
As Caitlin Johnstone retorted, Dick Cheney is just about the last person on the planet, who should be calling someone else evil:
Cheney . . . as vice president played a leading role in the George W Bush administration’s soaring warmongering, militarism and authoritarianism, including most famously the invasion of Iraq.
He has the blood of millions of people on his hands, and he should be living out the rest of his miserable life in a cage.

The complete lack of moral self-awareness . . .
. . . as expressed in Dick Cheney's gargantuanly hypocritical assertion about Trump — tells us everything we need to know about Cheney and his herd of equally Satanically souled people.
Trump is (arguably) an unprincipled devil. But the former president would have to fall a very long way to equal Dick Cheney in having plotted and committed intentionally lies-based, mass-slaughtering crimes against humanity.
The moral? — Sadly, whomever we vote for . . .
. . . we are still living in Oligarchic Hell.
Americans' votes change nothing and go nowhere.
US democracy does not exist, except as a propaganda-forced choice in favor of the United States' nihilistically inclined kakistocratic plutocracy.
Shahid Bolsen's widely shared sourly pointed take (regarding our unholy, anti-democratic situation) is accurate:
