It's always China's fault — except when it's Russia's, Iran's, North Korea's, Venezuela's . . .

American leadership — dribbling oral stool down its manfully hairy legs — again
Another absurdity just erupted from US Deep State intelligence:
The Trump administration is declassifying as-yet uncorroborated intelligence, recently briefed to President Trump, that indicates China offered to pay non-state actors in Afghanistan to attack American soldiers, two senior administration officials tell Axios.
The big picture: The disclosure of this unconfirmed intelligence comes 21 days before the end of Trump's presidency, after he has vowed to ratchet up pressure on China, and months after news reports indicated that the Russians had secretly offered bounties for Taliban militants to kill U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

Sure, kids, that makes sense
Why economic behemoth China would think it worthwhile — to ineffectually off a handful of Americans — in an impoverished, far-away land — should befuddle anyone with a Sun Tzu-capable mind.
Yet here we are . . .
. . . listening to yet more of US Government's incessant mouth-bilge.
This most recent nonsense almost certainly coming from the same group of unimaginatively violence-sponsoring Spook Folk, who spawned Vacuous Russiagate and who continue to enjoy leading the American Public around by its gullible-gullible nose.
Rationally speaking
In History's grand scope, when "someone" finally decides to take us out — the act will (arguably) be ethically defensible as constituting both self-defense and a mercy killing.
The moral? — We taxpayers pay the Deep State's warmongering clowns to come up with these conflict-fostering stories
So, who are the fools — them or us?
Let's blame the Russians.
Or maybe Bolivia.
How about Kyrgyzstan? With a name like that, those guys have got to be up to something.
And so it goes — always — in the Land of the Allegedly Free.
