Governments' COVID overreactions — are again escalating into society-destroying levels of aggressive stupidity

First, an almost universally ignored fact about COVID-19

SARS-CoV-2 is endemic.

Virtually no one is going to escape it forever.

Despite the obviousness of this easily visible and quantifiable epidemiological reality, the developed world's authorities continue to ignore it.

I write this — after days of being exposed to hysterical omicron variant 'news'

Concluding my unhappy traipse through this garbage was seeing a piece about the Rockettes canceling their entire Christmas dance season, due to cases of "breakthrough" COVID among their cast and orchestra.

Much the same exists at the NFL:

A surge in COVID-19 cases across the NFL and United States as a whole has resulted in the postponement of multiple Week 15 games.

The league announced Friday that Saturday's game between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Cleveland Browns has been moved to Monday, while Sunday's meetings between the Washington Football Team and the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams have been moved to Tuesday.

"We have made these schedule changes based on medical advice and after discussion with the NFLPA as we are seeing a new, highly transmissible form of the virus this week resulting in a substantial increase in cases across the league," the NFL announced in a statement.

"We continue to make decisions in consultation with medical experts to ensure the health and safety of the NFL community."

And California — via its long-demonstrated penchant for flaunted nitwitism — led our nation's teary strut by (again) mandating masks everywhere indoors.

One would think that humanity is exclusively comprised of cowering moles.

So here we are . . .

. . . roughly two years after COVID began, still acting as if we know nothing and are unwilling to find anything out.

The comparatively harmless omicron variant is reportedly gamboling around, and governments all over the place are locking and masking down again for no good reason.

For instance, in the United States, the Lamestream banners COVID 'case' headlines — still without defining what a 'case' is. Or where those cases perch themselves on a disease severity scale.

Facts about hospitalization and death rates are continually and prominently absent.

The United States' apparently universally shared method of concealing its most pertinent epidemiological data is exactly equivalent to a society that routinely fearmongers about rampages of sniffles.

Despite the obviousness of our uninterrupted brain-vacuity, everyone continues to stampede — wildly screaming — as if Tyrannosaurus rex were about to bite our heads off.

This COVID pandemic 'thing' has been . . .

. . . an interminably embarrassing display of Homo sapiens' inability to discover and properly react to Reality.

Psychotic, it is.

The maintenance of public ignorance is deliberate

We should know — if we have been willing to dig — that COVID's serious damage is usually done predominantly to the aged. And, at notably lesser rates, to more youthful, comorbidly vulnerable folks.

Overall, the COVID pandemic (realistically speaking) kills only a mathematically negligible portion of its victims. With most of those, who do topple into the Great Beyond, being contained in the chronologically ready-to-exit life end of the population spectrum, anyway.

I say this somewhat impolitically, being a person myself who resides at the drop-dead end of the mortality curve.

Despite these facts, there has been virtually no determined effort from world health authorities regarding communicating how to protect (or improve) our comorbid selves.

Instead, government communications are about making everyone cower at home, wear masks and make repeated trips to some place to be boosterized. Those vaccinations to take place, even though COVID vaccines rank so far below the Vaccine Ideal that the situation is laughable.

Sometimes, kiddos, it is necessary to face facts

Epidemics are common.

They kill off the most vulnerable.

Shutting down entire societies, purportedly so as to ineffectually ameliorate this phenomenon, makes no sense.

Especially so, when the supposedly ameliorating measures have no sound evidence to demonstrate that they are accomplishing anything that is even marginally useful.

Have you seen anyone, anywhere, trying to persuasively demonstrate — in scientifically convincing and soundly derived numbers — what all this totalitarian lockdown and mask nonsense is supposedly favorably achieving?

Of course not.

The entire (and intentionally concealed) point to the world's overreaction to COVID is to prevent the public from recognizing how useless — and societally damaging — it has all been.

Witness, for instance, the fact that cloth masks are still mandated in many places. Despite the fact that the only reasonably well-done study to date — clearly demonstrated that cloth masks are useless in controlling the virus's spread. See here.

The glorious cherry atop this demonstration of autocratically imposed silliness — is Pfizer's belated admission that its COVID vaccine does not work in children aged 2 to 4.

That failure arriving after so many authorities demanded children be vaccinated in the absence of any data (at all) to support the medical wisdom and safety of the mandate.

Evidently, it is okay with US medical authorities that adults and children be treated like experimental guinea pigs. This ignoble experiment continuing, while Pfizer and Moderna find and force ways to rake in billions of dollars via their government-indulged, rough equivalents of human experimentation.

The more familiar one is with how negligently and deceptively — as compared to previous vaccine approvals — the Food and Drug Administration approved these COVID vaccines for emergency (and then extended use) — the more one recognizes what a vicious farce all of this has been.

We are being governed by Malevolent Clowns.

Here is the bottom societal line

In the United States, anyone who wants to be vaccinated and subsequently boosterized, can be.

That leaves only a proportionately few vulnerable people outside vaccines' supposed rim of protection.

Ethically speaking, no one has ever seriously floated the idea that we should wreck Total Society's well-being exclusively to protect any comparatively small group or groups.

No one can reasonably advocate obliterating the Whole, so as to ineffectually benefit a metaphorically ragtag assemblage of sadly burdened minorities.

Yet, that is exactly what we are still doing.

The moral? — Rebel against COVID witlessness

Guard humanity against the power-grabbing fools, who govern the world.

Get your vaccine, if you want, and go about your business like an upstanding human being. Rather than continuing to simulate an easily manipulated, placidly caged monkey.

Break the chains of mass psychosis.
