Even when the President is factually correct — the Establishment's Lamestream will not credit him — consider Trump's obviously true comments about the Ninth Circuit

Chief Justice Roberts as a stalking horse
The headline:
Roberts, Trump Spar in Extraordinary Scrap Over Judge
OMG, run for the hills:
President Donald Trump and Chief Justice John Roberts clashed Wednesday in an extraordinary public dispute over the independence of America’s judiciary, with Roberts bluntly rebuking the president for denouncing a judge who rejected his migrant asylum policy as an “Obama judge.”

In more detail:
Chief Justice John Roberts is pushing back against President Trump's description of a judge who ruled against Mr. Trump's new migrant asylum policy as an "Obama judge."
It's the first time that the leader of the federal judiciary has offered even a hint of criticism of Mr. Trump, who has previously blasted federal judges who ruled against him.
Mr. Trump said that "we're going to have to look at" the Ninth Circuit Court, which had ruled against the administration on asylum.
He added that "every case" that goes through that circuit results in "an automatic loss" for his administration. "The 9th Circuit is very unfair."
Roberts said Wednesday the U.S. doesn't have "Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges."
He commented in a statement released by the Supreme Court after a query by The Associated Press.
Roberts said on the day before Thanksgiving that an "independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for."

Notice that it was the Associated Press itself, who set Chief Justice Roberts up to become the anti-Trump stalking horse.
Not to be undone by such prevarication
Our prickly President responded:
Justice Roberts can say what he wants, but the 9th Circuit is a complete & total disaster.
It is out of control, has a horrible reputation, is overturned more than any Circuit in the Country, 79%, & is used to get an almost guaranteed result. Judges must not Legislate Security...
Bypassing the Robertsian brainwash
President Trump is right. The Ninth Circuit is characteristically "liberal". And it does get overturned a whole bunch.
And contrary to what the well-intended Chief Justice said, there are indeed Obama, Bush (and what-have-you) judges and justices.
Roberts himself blatantly is one.
Everyone knows all this
That's why disputes over Supreme Court appointments are so viciously contested.
The Chief Justice would (objectively speaking) have better shortened his critique to the historically debatable observation that an independent judiciary is constitutionally important.
Rather than wandering off into America's self-comforting, idealized La La Land.
That unrealistic cultural picture is, by the way, one of plutocracy's favorite public-distracting ploys.
Ask yourself
Why does the propagandizing Lamestream think it necessary to create the impression of nation-shaking tumult, when everything remains atrociously normal?
Especially so, when the Orange Trumpet is (this once) correct on the facts?
The moral? — The "extraordinary" characterization is probably gonna backfire on the coup d'etat clan
Even as an arguable Lefty, I become irritated with American media's lack of accuracy. Continually casting President Trump as the origin of all evil becomes a bit much.
Trump may be a scary fascist. As well as temperamentally unsuited to his office. But he is not noticeably more blatant in acting out those traits, than his most influential detractors.
Consider, for example:
Bush the World-a-Fire Imperator.
And Obama the Slaughtering Hypocrite.
Many Americans are going to vote for "The Donald" again in 2020. Just to rub the Deep State-Lamestream's lying ass-faces in their always conniving untruths.
And from my humanitarian perspective, in a pig-t-ocracy like ours, there are (perhaps) worse things than hyper-partisan sides burning the rotten edifice down.
