Accusation is enough — evidence and a sense of History's flow are not necessary — thus 'we' disappear six Dr. Seuss books

American Thought Police are coming for you

Be careful what you think.

And even more cautious what you say.

Otherwise, you will certainly be 'vanished' . . .

. . . from Earth's multicolored vegetative and bare soil face:

Six Dr. Seuss books — including “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street” and “If I Ran the Zoo” — will stop being published because of racist and insensitive imagery, the business that preserves and protects the author’s legacy said Tuesday.

“These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong,” Dr. Seuss Enterprises told The Associated Press in a statement that coincided with the late author and illustrator’s birthday.

“Ceasing sales of these books is only part of our commitment and our broader plan to ensure Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ catalog represents and supports all communities and families,” it said.

The other books affected are “McElligot’s Pool,” “On Beyond Zebra!,” “Scrambled Eggs Super!,” and “The Cat’s Quizzer.”

“Dr. Seuss Enterprises listened and took feedback from our audiences including teachers, academics and specialists in the field as part of our review process. We then worked with a panel of experts, including educators, to review our catalog of titles,” it said.

Presumably . . .

Even a warning:

published inside the allegedly offending book

or

prominently displayed at its point of sale —

would not be enough to

stem, thwart or caution against

Dr. Seuss's alleged tide

of

racist oppression and mind-enslavement.

Evidently

If the American Thought Establishment does not like it — whatever "it" is — is gone.

Poof.

I noticed that the US Lamestream . . .

. . . as of this writing, showed us not even one allegedly "offensive" or "insensitive" image — or section of text — from any the six (now disappeared) books.

Too harmful, we can intuit, to be allowed by Big Brother to see.

The moral? — We "teachers, academics and specialists in the field" — will tell you what to say and think

Y'all innately racist (probably 'white') losers.

George Orwell's predicted future is now in charge.

Hosannah?
