General Tod Wolters added to American newspeak — "Everything we do is about generating peace" — right before he started yakking about the implicit necessity of US global domination

Self-awareness is not American leadership's strength

For instance, as gloriously displayed here:

"Everything we do is about generating peace."

"We compete to win . . . and if deterrence fails, we're prepared to respond to aggression, primarily through NATO," [General Tod] Wolters, also NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, said.

"We're in an era of global-power competition.

"Winning in this era is ensuring that global power competition does not become a global power war," he emphasized.

"Despite widespread international condemnation and continued economic sanctions, Russia engages in destabilizing and malign activities across the globe, with many of those activities happening close to home [in Europe]."

Russia, Wolters added, seeks to maintain a sphere of influence from the Soviet era by retaining or employing forces to coerce neighboring Soviet-sovereign nations.

"Russia remains an enduring existential threat to the United States and our European allies," he said.

Of General Wolters' twisted logic . . .

. . . political 'conservative' Paul Craig Roberts said this — here in extracts:

General Wolters claims that “everything we do is about generating peace.”

US/NATO war games and military maneuvers on Russia’s borders are “generating peace,” not Russian apprehensions.

Washington’s incorporation of Eastern Europe into NATO and subversion of former parts of the Soviet Union such as Ukraine are not acts of aggression.

The Washington orchestrated attack by the former Soviet province of Georgia on the Russian population of South Ossetia was also a peace generating invasion.

Constant false accusations and illegal sanctions against Russia are also in the interest of peace, as was Russiagate.

Washington’s two decades old wars in the Middle East and North Africa also generate peace [—] as do the constant threats against Iran and China.

Washington’s overthrow of noncompliant governments in Latin America are just more peace-making operations.

American 'newspeak' is not just a propaganda ploy

It actively rejects self-awareness and strategic wisdom in favor of Military Industrial Complex profit and personal self-advancement.

The moral? — The United States regularly flaunts flaming corruptions of ethos, speech and mind

Generating rampaging squeezes against other nations and cultures is not equivalent to "generating peace".

"We compete to win" is not a formula for non-combat.

It is, instead, an American prescription for the subjugation of other peoples.

If Russia and China do become existential threats, it will be because the United States boxed them into that misery-inducing situation.
