So as to wipe Ukraine clean of locals — who might eventually try to defend it against American-sponsored resources pillaging — the Biden administration told Ukraine's Nazi-led government to draft 18 year olds:

A senior Biden administration official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the private consultations, said Wednesday that the outgoing Democratic administration wants Ukraine to lower the mobilization age to 18 from the current age of 25 to expand the pool of fighting-age men available to help a badly outnumbered Ukraine in its nearly three-year-old war with Russia.

Of course, the American Deep State knows that this US-instigated war is already lost

Therefore, one must conclude that The Great Satan has some other motive for completely eradicating a generation-plus of Ukrainians:

[T]he real population number in the areas under control of the Ukrainian government is by now only about 20 million, half of which are people of retirement age. Drafting the few men of age 18 to 25 will not help to win the war but will, over time, further depopulate Ukraine.

Ukraine’s total fertility rate – the average number of babies per woman of child-bearing age – is currently 0.7, the lowest in the world.

The country’s demographics have been further affected by a mass exodus to the West and significant casualties on the battlefield, to the point where the very survival of the nation is in question, a government-funded think tank told The Times earlier this year.

What could this motive for eliminating Ukrainians be?

US Senator Lindsey Graham told us:

Graham told Fox News host Sean Hannity that the U.S. stands to financially gain from Ukraine’s vast agricultural sector and “two to seven trillion dollars’ worth” of rare earth minerals alike in a prospective wartime deal with the war-torn, albeit resource-wealthy, nation.

“This war is about money. People don’t talk much about it. But you know, the richest country in all of Europe for rare earth minerals is Ukraine. Two to seven trillion dollars’ worth of minerals that are rare earth minerals, very relevant to the 21st century,” Graham declared. “Ukraine’s ready to do a deal with us, not the Russians. So it’s in our interest to make sure that Russia doesn’t take over the place.”

“[Ukraine] is the bread basket of…the developing world,” Graham mused. “Fifty percent of all the food going to Africa comes from Ukraine.”

Graham also emphasized that the incoming Trump administration is uniquely positioned to cash out on such resources. “Donald Trump is going to do a deal to get our money back, to enrich ourselves with rare earth minerals. A good deal for Ukraine and us,” Graham said. “And he’s going to bring peace.”

Because our Elites want to steal Ukraine's valuable stuff, it would be a good thing (for them), if Ukrainians — who could defend it from our avaricious grasp — are mostly all dead or fled.

The moral? — Like Israel, the US thrives on genocide and thievery

The only respect I have for Senator Graham is that he is mildly honest about the American Establishment's nasty penchants.
