Maduro carted into the night — a parable about humanity's extinction destiny?

When billionaires and elites are involved . . .

. . . traitorous national destruction generally follows.

Consider Venezuela

Yesterday, the United States captured the obviously inept Venezuelan President Maduro. This, by metaphorically 'walking' into Venezuela with a farcically weak military force and then carting him and his wife away.

All of that occurring in the absence of appreciable Venezuelan resistance.

Such an outcome could not have happened, in the absence of traitorous complicity provided by Venezuela's presumably bribed elites. Including its military.

As Geroman posted on X:

We have to assume that some Venezuelan officers will now share the 50 million USD bounty.

They arrested Maduro and handed him over to US SOF [special operations forces] on that attacked airbase near Caracas.

The operation in Venezuela was prepared similar to the operation in Syria - by bribing military leaders.

That's why we didn't see any air defense working.

I warned about that a couple of months ago.

The moral? — Predatory evil rules, when no one opposes it

Of the rest of global humanity's leadership, Brain Berletic posted the following:

I hope this [Venezuela president-snatching] sobers many people up to the reality that the US is still the biggest threat on planet earth, and that the battle between US hegemony and multipolarism is far from decided.

I warned that Russia, Iran, and China would not be able to assist Venezuela and that they themselves are struggling to secure their own nations from US aggression, sedition, economic warfare, proxy war and outright war.

Things will only continue to get worse until the multipolar world either forces the US to stop or folds.

I know this isn't what people want to hear, but it is the truth whether they like it or not.

Political and military power — in virtually every place on the planet, including the United States — has become an excuse for blanketly engaging in parasitizing forms of Fat Cat-originated grift, extortion, mass murder and national destruction.

For the United States, the only problem with our predatory seizure of control of Venezuelan resource wealth may arise, when elements of the Venezuelan population recover and act upon a sense of anti-American patriotism.

On the brighter side — insofar as Gangster America is concerned — we will not have to worry about Russia or China getting much involved.

Imagination, courage and strategic decisiveness characterize neither of those two nations' leaderships.

Russia can't even protect its citizens against American and British-initiated murder by missiles and drones. And shopkeeper China complacently watches streams of US-supplied armaments and rabble-rousing entering Taiwan.

The currently glorious Venezuelan strategic opportunity to coyly mess with the American Empire's global overreach will be, I am reasonably certain, virtually completely missed.

There are no Georgy Zhukovs on the world stage. We see instead, a horizon-to-horizon spread of morally unprincipled blood suckers and the perennial ditherers that they prey upon.

Humanity again demonstrates why it is destined for extinction.

Cowardice is not an antibiotic.
