Congressional representative, Ilhan Omar — is in trouble again over tweeting something so obviously true — that no sensible person could dispute it

Every day American leadership reaches for new heights of dishonesty and brainlessness

Guess who's in trouble again for having said something true?

Yes, the culprit is our perennial national favorite, hijab-wearing Representative Ilhan Omar. She accurately, from the perspective of anyone who both knows History and is host to a functioning mind, tweeted this — four days ago:

We must have the same level of accountability and justice for all victims of crimes against humanity.

We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.

I asked @SecBlinken where people are supposed to go for justice.

Oh, the outrage that resulted

Fox News has this to say:

Omar drew sharp condemnation from both sides of the aisle for what members of Congress described as equating the United States and its long-standing ally Israel to the Hamas terrorist organization and the Taliban.

A group of Jewish House Democrats issued a Wednesday statement condemning the congresswoman's remarks and tweets.

"Equating the United States and Israel to Hamas and the Taliban is as offensive as it is misguided," said the letter signed by Democratic Reps. Brad Schneider of Illinois, Brad Sherman of California, Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey, Jake Auchincloss of Massachusetts and Ted Deutch of Florida.

"Ignoring the differences between democracies governed by the rule of law and contemptible organizations that engage in terrorism at best discredits one’s intended argument and at worst reflects deep-seated prejudice," the group wrote. "The United States and Israel are imperfect and, like all democracies, at times deserving of critique, but false equivalencies give cover to terrorist groups."

The group then urged Omar to "clarify her words placing the US and Israel in the same category as Hamas and the Taliban."

By all means, boys and girls

Let us draw our Zionist (Nazi-like) Lebensraum-seeking cloaks around us. And march forth, with Yaweh and Jesus happily guiding our Carriage of Dove-Like Justice.

We will ignore (on penalty of dismemberment) the hundreds of thousands of bodies we've put in the ground, over just the past few decades.

So yes indeed, Ilhan, do clarify something that a four year old would understand. Even without a knowledge of History.

This sort of asininely founded 'clarification' demand . . .

. . . is typical of the murdering dopes that populate virtually the entire Extorting Arm of American power.

Their repeated insistence that alleged miscreants repent having sullied the Royal Foot is reflective of the idea that the USA and Israel never do wrong.

This fully representative conclusion of theirs, more than suggests the cloacal environment that almost all of these Powermongers so darkly inhabit.

Naturally, being a typically spineless Democrat 'liberal' . . .

. . . and apparently eager to do her own part for Evil and continue her own possession of high societal rank — Representative Omar retreated into Abject Apology by saying that:

To be clear: the conversation was about accountability for specific incidents regarding those ICC cases, not a moral comparison between Hamas and the Taliban and the U.S. and Israel.

This deflating, balloon-fizzling arrived . . .

. . . despite the fact that the entire premise and moral validity for Omar's previous comment was exactly about the moral equivalence between the murderousness of Hamas-Taliban and the United States and Israel, both.

The latter two entities, together, have exponentially outperformed the death and harm-dealing that the two former — insurgent, anti-imperial, terrorist — organizations have done over the entirety of their two histories.

Only a witless, ignorant, deceitful and ill-intentioned fool would (or could) argue otherwise. Yet here we are, with the American Establishment pontificating about its possession of Saint Peter's keys to Heaven.

'And goddamn' —the Power Plutocracy says — 'anyone who says otherwise.'

Note that it was . . .

. . . according to Fox News — the "Jews" in Congress who initiated this anti-Ilhan uproar.

God forbid (from their evident perspective) that Americans ever begin to recognize that Zionist Israel's expansionist (land-thieving, impoverishing and death-dealing) interests are not the United States' own.

For you young folk . . .

. . . who were not around to witness Israel's always eager path to Expansionist Deviltry — read historian (former US Army officer) Danny Sjursen's recently online-published synopsis of such:

As Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, once told a history-ignorant American diplomat (then Secretary of State Rex Tillerson):

“We talked today about the history and Rex said that he was a new man and he's not interested so much in history,” the veteran Russian diplomat said.

“He wants to deal with today's problems, but the world is constructed in a way that if we don't look at the past, we can't deal with the present.”

The moral? — The Devil reportedly cannot see himself in a mirror

So too, the United States and Israel, when it comes to making an objective evaluation regarding their own sins against humanity.

As Caitlin Johnstone repeatedly observes:

It’s not that you can’t beat the machine, it’s that you can’t beat the machine using the tools the machine has given you.
