United States is provocatively showboating again

 

All in the name of peace and armaments dollars.

As many as 8,500 US troops have been put on heightened alert for a possible deployment to Eastern Europe as Russian troops mass on Ukraine's border, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said Monday.

 

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin issued the prepare to deploy orders at the direction of President Joe Biden, the latest step the US has taken to prepare for a potential Russian invasion of Ukraine that officials have warned could be imminent.

 

Kirby said that the "bulk of" US troops placed on heightened alert were intended to bolster NATO's quick response force, but added they would be "postured to be ready for any other contingencies as well."

8,500 Americans will be enough . . .

 

. . . to take on the 'Rooskies'.

 

And I imagine we'll only need about 4,250 troops to deal with the Chinese. In whatever rambunctiousness they plan down the road.

 

Huh, Mr. President?

 

 

After all . . .

 

. . . we so easily defeated all 'them other guys' in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria — and all those other places that we immediately forget, even while we're in-country.

 

So, ain't nobody 'gonna' mess with us:

 

 

'Vlad the Destroyer' Putin, and all his generals, are shaking in their boots.

 

Prob'ly 'gittin' ready to run home to mama, even.

 

And President Xi Jinping (we can Las Vegas-bet) is already hiding in his bunker.

 

He'll have his 5G network to keep him informed. But only 'til our flyboys wing in.

 

 

We 'Muhrikans are like God, y'all know.

 

For sure.

 

 

The moral? — The greatest danger to the American people . . .

 

. . . and especially to our military sons and daughters, is this country's braindead, war-chicken-hawking leadership.
