Big Pharma is mobilizing its capture of medicine — so as to defeat RFK Jr's health care reforms at HHS

Big Pharma and Big Government stooge, Demetre Daskalakis . . .

. . .  Director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at CDC — wailed his way into what I hope will be deserved societal obscurity.

Here, in excerpts:

I am unable to serve in an environment that treats CDC as a tool to generate policies and materials that do not reflect scientific reality and are designed to hurt rather than to improve the public’s health.

The recent change in the adult and children’s immunization schedule threaten the lives of the youngest Americans and pregnant people.

The data analyses that supported this decision have never been shared with CDC despite my respectful requests to HHS and other leadership.  This lack of meaningful engagement was further compounded by a “frequently asked questions” document written to support the Secretary’s directive that was circulated by HHS without input from CDC subject matter experts and that cited studies that did not support the conclusions that were attributed to these authors.

Having worked in local and national public health for years, I have never experienced such radical non-transparency, nor have I seen such unskilled manipulation of data to achieve a political end rather than the good of the American people.

Oh really, Demetre?

Those of us who were appalled at Government's irrational and anti-scientific handling of COVID — and most of what went before that — recognize Dr. Daskalakis' resignation letter as representative of Big Pharma's profit-extorting mind manipulation.

The Medical Establishment regularly masks its brainwashing with scientifically poor methodology, manipulated data, erroneous statistical analysis and (when those fail) out-and-out lies.

The United States' health care problem . . .

. . . is founded upon the fact that Corporate Medicine has captured an entire professional class.

This latter is a vast group of practitioners and 'regulators' that are too busy, too brainwashed and, for the most part, too scientifically clueless — to properly analyze what monied interests are feeding it.

I suspect that Dr. Daskalakis is representative of this group. Meaning someone, who is carelessly doing damage, without (apparently) recognizing the nature of parasitizing snake oil that he has been captured in.

James Lyons-Weiler (PhD) astutely lambasted . . .

. . . Dr. Daskalakis' societally unhelpful posturing.

See the below-cited — and here excerpted — essay highlighting the distortions contained in Daskalakis' letter of resignation:

Consider his charge that he can no longer serve in an environment that “treats CDC as a tool to generate policies and materials that do not reflect scientific reality and are designed to hurt rather than to improve the public’s health.”

This is a false dichotomy. It frames the choice as binary: either one accepts CDC’s “scientific reality,” or one is accused of designing policies to harm. Yet the last five years have shown what most Americans already know: what CDC has called “science” has often been neither transparent nor replicable, but political judgment dressed in a white coat.

He accuses the new HHS of narrative enforcement, when, in reality, CDC has become infamous for the same partly on his watch.

Lockdowns, school closures, and vaccine mandates were not the inevitable products of neutral science — they were policy choices, frequently contradicted by the very data the CDC refused to release. Kennedy did not cause that collapse of trust. Power overreach and failed policy did.

Balanced debate about risks and benefits does not mean “returning to the dark ages.” It means practicing science as it should be — open, skeptical, and transparent and will full accountability on scientific claims.

The refrain “enough is enough” was meant as a rebuke of Kennedy’s HHS. But for the American people, it applies first and foremost to the CDC itself.

Kennedy’s critics mistake his reforms for authoritarianism when, in fact, they are the first genuine challenge to authoritarian policy disguised as medicine.

The moral? — Our battle against the parasitic American Oligarchy continues

Examine everything that the US Establishment tells you (and us) with skepticism. Recognize its characteristic roots in avarice and deception.

Hone your understanding of the scientific method, confounding variables, methodologically valid inquiries, appropriately applied statistical analysis, error bars, numbers to treat, odds ratios, absolute and relative risk. As well all the other requirements for rationally acceptable medical practice.

This field of inquiry is intellectually demanding. Few in our culture have the background and attention spans necessary to understand its ramifications.

This is why Big Pharma and the Parasitic Oligarchy have the success that they do in brainwashing the hapless.

The latter is a populationally massive group that the American educational system does its best to keep in that way. We are intentionally stupidified to profit Elites.

This is why arguably well-meaning — but gullibly uninquiring and evidently methodologically ignorant — professionally credentialled stooges like Dr. Daskalakis are so valuable to the Oligarchy that controls him.

Propaganda is effective, until one recognizes it for what it is. Once awareness dawns, the Web of Deceit begins to unravel.

So, be alert to the likelihood that you are being manipulated for someone else's profit.

As a matter of survival principle, be suspicious of credentials and pontifications — when the alleged mind that bears and spews them appears not to understand —  and is unable to rationally apply — the pertinent field's most foundational principles.

The COVID period was as bad as it was exactly because most medical practitioners were too willfully ignorant — and usually also too spinelessly gutless — to oppose the wide variety of this still-continuing time's draconian nonsenses.

That societally disappointing characteristic continues to this day.

And it explains why Health and Human Services secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is having such an attacked time, as he attempts to clean up some of profit-extorting and power-seeking malpractices that Big Medicine and Big Government display on a day-to-day basis.
